29th Street Dental Care participates in the annual Dentistry from the Heart event in Chickasha, Oklahoma. We love our community, and are proud to participate in this program. Dentistry from the Heart is an annual gift of free dental exams and cleanings, fillings, extractions, and x-rays to patients who would not otherwise have access to dental care. Drs. John Phillips and Reed Perryman and our team provide dental treatments to adult patients on a first come, first served basis, doing whatever they can to relieve pain and discomfort and help fix dental problems. It is our sincere hope that we can make a difference in the lives of those who come to us for help. If we meet a patient who needs ongoing care, or has problems that cannot be corrected in a single day, we will refer them to a local area community clinic, where they can receive their ongoing care at low or no cost.
We routinely serve more than 300 individuals during Dentistry from the Heart, and often need to recruit additional dentists and assistant volunteers from all over the country to help us.
