Our Practice

Dr. John Phillips III, DDS is a lifelong resident of Chickasha. He graduated from Chickasha High School in 1988 and attended undergraduate studies at the University of Oklahoma Science and Arts. He furthered his education at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in June of 1996 and opened his scratch practice in the fall of that year. In 1998, he was voted the Crown Council Young Dentist of the Year, which opened the doors for him to learn from the top cosmetic and restorative dentists in the country. He has spent time in the office of Los Angeles dentist, Bill Dorman, who is known for his work on ABC’s Extreme Makeover and is the dentist to the stars. He also completed training at the Dawson Center for Excellence in Florida, which is an advanced study on occlusion. Dr. Phillips is qualified in all areas of general dentistry, but has also taken advanced training in cosmetic dental procedures as well as full mouth rehabilitation. Dental implants are one of his specialties and he enjoys offering this service to his patients because of the great benefits they provide. He is a national speaker and consultant for several dental manufacturers and has been published in multiple dental journals. He aspires to always be on the cutting edge of dentistry and strives to be competent in all the dental advances today. He is continually learning new techniques, and always wants to offer his patients every option available. His purpose as a dentist is to always listen to his patients and give them exactly what they want and need.

Dr. Phillips and his wife, Angi, have been married since 1995 and have two sons and one daughter: Jonathan, Preston, and Aspen. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors.

Dr. Reed Perryman graduated high school in 2003, and completed his undergraduate studies in 2008, graduating cum laude from the University of Central Oklahoma with degrees in biology and chemistry. He attended the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry for his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, which he completed in 2012. He practiced in McAlester, OK, for three years, and has been here in Chickasha since 2015.

Dr. Perryman regularly advances his dental knowledge through continuing education courses, study clubs, correspondence with leaders in dentistry, and daily personal studies of dental articles. He has received advanced training in TMJ treatments, Botox®, and JUVÉDERM®, as well as advanced training in restorative pedodontic dentistry, orthodontic, and surgical techniques. As a dentist, Dr. Perryman’s goal is to become the best dentist he can, and provide the best possible care to his patients.

Dr. Perryman has been married to his beautiful wife, Ashley, since 2010. Before becoming a mom, Ashley was a third grade teacher. Now her focus is on raising their two awesome little girls, Claire and Carsen, and their boy Crew . They are the loves of his life and Dr. Perryman loves spending time with and learning about his family. His hobbies include CrossFit, and nutritional studies.

Dr. Rahill joined our team in 2021. She is born and raised in Oklahoma City. She received her undergraduate from the University of Oklahoma in 2015. She attended the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2020. She completed a one-year general practice surgical residency at the Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Hospital.

Dr. Rahill’s positive attitude and team player mentality make her a key member on our dental team. She stives at making personal relationships with her patients to make them feel comfortable in her dental chair. She loves that we all care about each other and our patients like family.

Dr. Rahill’s father was a dentist, and she is very close with her family. She is engaged to Kory and currently planning their wedding. In her spare time, she likes traveling, being active, watching sporting events and spending time with family and friends. She also has a dog named Louie.

Keli joined our team in the summer of 2010. She attended the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, and graduated with a Master’s Degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma in 2009. Keli puts our patients first every day, and enjoys that we have a team of like-minded people who strive for excellence in everything they do.

Keli has been married to John, her college sweetheart since 1999. They have 4 sons and 1 daughter: Gehrig, Boston, Maris, Nolan, and Caroline. Keli spends her free time watching her children play sports, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Sherri joined our dental family in September of 2014. She finds it gratifying to see our patients’ smiles before and after their treatments, and loves being part of a fun, loving team, with a dentist who puts God first and maintains a family-oriented environment.

Sherri has one daughter, Jessica, and a grandson, Brady, who she loves spending time with and watching play sports.

Kayla has been with 29th Street Dental Care since February 2015. The best part of our practice for Kayla is feeling as if she is part of one big family and taking care of one another as they go about their work and their lives. She comes to the office every day with a can-do attitude and is happy to help anyone.

Kayla has been married to her high school sweetheart Kelby since 2013. They have two children, Kass and Kai. In her spare time, she enjoys backpacking, hiking, planting succulents, kayaking, and photography.

Lacey has been with our team since 2005. She graduated from the Oklahoma University College of Dentistry with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 2004. She strives to provide the highest level of care for our patients, listening to each patients’ specific needs and helping to find solutions for those needs. Lacey loves our team and the atmosphere at our office.

Lacey and her husband Bruce have one daughter Bentli. Her hobbies including spending time with her family and watching her daughter’s sporting events.

Kasey has been with our dental family for since 2008. She graduated from Chickasha High School, and attended Oklahoma State University before graduating from Lamar State College in Orange, Texas. Kasey enjoys meeting new patients and watching them overcome their dental fears, and she appreciates the friendships that develop between herself, her coworkers, and our patients.

In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband, son, daughter, and friends.

Alice joined our team in 2021. She attended OU and received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She loves that we can make such an impact on our patients lives. Alice has a go-getter attitude that allows her to help our patients keep on track with their dental hygiene.

Alice has been married to her husband Jimmy since 1996. Together they have two children, Caitlyn and Jimmy (aka Bub). In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her kids, reading, and writing.

Kim has been a member of our team since 2019. She loves how we support each other and are like a family. As the Sterilization Coordinator she has set the highest of standards to clean and sterilize our instruments.

When Kim is not working, she loves to read and spend time with her family.

Ana joined our team in 2018. She loves how 29th Street Dental Care is like one big family, and how our team genuinely cares about one another.

Outside of work Ana enjoys spending time with her little girl Jaliyah and her better half Michael. She also loves playing basketball and watching Spanish soap operas.

Des joined our dental team in 2021. She has attended Oklahoma City Community College. Des enjoys coming to work everyday determined to make it a good day for her team and patients. She loves all the people here, including the patients, and how it feels like one big family.

In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her cat Nemo and take him for walks with Francisco. She enjoys reading, discovering new coffee shops, traveling fresh flowers, and Trader Joe’s.

Jessica began her career with 29th Street Dental Care in 2011 as a hygiene assistant. She left in 2013 to pursue her dream to become a dental hygienist. She graduated in 2015 from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry with a bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene. She strives to provide optimal patient care by listening, educating, and treating patients like family.

Jessica lives in Edmond with her husband Drew and their dog Drake.

Kayla began shadowing members of our team when she was in high school and worked in several other positions at our office before becoming a dental hygienist. She attended Oklahoma University College of Dentistry, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene in 2013. For Kayla, the best part of our practice is the friendships she has developed with her co-workers and patients.

Kayla loves spending time with her daughter Kynsley. She loves to travel and make new memories with friends and family. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, and watching TV shows.

Krista joined our dental family in May 2002. She graduated from Alex Public School in 1995, and attended the University of Oklahoma, graduating in 2002 after earning her Bachelor of Science degree with special distinction. There are many things that Krista loves about our practice, including our excellent clinical skills, clean facility, state-of-the-art technology, dental lab, and focus on continuing education. She cherishes the relationships she has with her team and patients, and the morning prayers on behalf of our patients, our team, and our families.

Krista states, “My contribution to the happiness of this practice starts by loving my patients and team for who they are; listening, caring, and respecting their needs and words. My calling in life beyond loving people is to teach them how to care for their teeth, maintain good oral health, and try to instill lasting habits that will allow them to keep their teeth for life.”

Krista and her husband, John, have 2 children, Brennan and Hudson. Outside of the office, Krista spends time with her family, watching her children participate in their many activities.

Lashonda has been with our team since 2014. She enjoys how close knit the entire team is and how Godly focused the practice is.
Lashonda graduated from Alex High School in 2010 and got married to her high school sweetheart in 2011. Together, Lashonda and her husband have 2 amazing daughters. She enjoys softball, dance with her kids, and decorating sugar cookies

Nicole has been with 29th Street Dental Care since 2012. She attended the University of Central Oklahoma for her undergraduate studies, and the Oklahoma University dental hygiene school. She graduated with honors from Oklahoma University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She comes to work every day ready to work hard and care for each of her patients’ needs, and enjoys being part of a team that is like a family.

Nicole and her husband Will have one daughter. She enjoys checking cattle with her husband and spending time with friends and family.

Caitlyn joined our dental family in August of 2014. Her favorite part of our practice is the feeling of knowing you work with great people, and working for dentists who are amazing at what they do. Caitlyn works hard to make sure our patients feel comfortable and at home when they visit our practice.

Caitlyn loves traveling and spending time with her family. She has 3 younger sisters and 4 younger brothers, 2 nephew and 1 niece, 1 cat and 2 dogs.

Jenny has been a certified dental assistant through the Dental Assisting National Board since 2012, and she has been in dentistry since 2005. Jenny started her career with 29Th Street Dental Care in 2014. She loves our focus on God and family, and her favorite thing about our office is our prayer in the morning for our patients and each other.
In her spare time Jenny enjoys spending time with her friends and family, and she loves watching her children participate in all of their sports. She has been married to Ryan since 2008 and they have one daughter, two sons, and one grandchild.

Lacey joined our dental family in May of 2018. Her favorite thing about 29th Street Dental Care is our focus on God and that we treat our patients like family. Lacey loves that every morning we’re able to pray for God to send a special patient our way in order to help change their lives.

Outside of the office, Lacey loves spending time with her husband, Dalton and their precious daughter. Her hobbies often include traveling and making new memories with her family and friends.

Megan has been with our dental family since 2013. For her, the best part of our practice is our family-oriented atmosphere and her amazing coworkers.

Megan and her husband Tommie have one son, Aiden.

Melissa joined our team in 2021. She received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a concentration in Health Professions from Cameron University in May 2021. She felt like everyone welcomed her with open arms and hospitality that made her feel like she had been working here for years. She strives to treat her patients with the same open arms mentality, to help her fellow team members no matter what they need, no matter who is asking for help.

In Melissa’s spare time, she enjoys hiking, fishing, and kayaking.

Melodi has been with our dental family for since 2015. She radiates a positive attitude, and always comes to work with a smile. Her motto is, “Love what you do and you’ll never work a day in your life.”

Melodi has one son Khi (the joy of her life). Outside of the office, she loves cooking, and is her own chef. Melodi also spends time with her large extended family.

Sandra has been part of our dental family since 2011. She attended Rose State College for her Associate of Applied Science degree. She loves our family-oriented atmosphere, and works hard to assist our dentists and her coworkers.

Sandra has two children, Kate and Ethan.

Shenia has been with our team since 2014

She has been married for 12 years and has one daughter and one son.

Tamra joined our team in 2021. She attended the University of Oklahoma and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and has been practicing since 2009. She loves that all of our patients are family and she is thankful to be working in a place that honors Jesus and puts Him at the forefront of our day.

Tamra and her husband Chance have two sons, Maddux and Parker. She loves their crazy life raising sweet and rowdy boys. In her spare time, she loves being outdoors and spending time with her family. She enjoys all sports, especially college football and softball. GO SOONERS!!

Will’Eisha joined our team in May 2019. Her favorite things about our practice is how we put God first, our drive for dental excellence, and how family oriented we are.

Will’Eisha has one son, Jayceon. Outside of work she loves to watch reality TV shows and spend time with her family and friends.
